Pentland Field to Vase Bouquet

Our Pentland cutting garden is now closed. You will be able to order our organically grown seasonal and local flowers again soon in 2024. 

Our Pentland Field to Vase bouquet is a celebration of local & seasonal flowers working with the best blooms, grasses and foliage on offer each week. Stòr Lifestyle and Aspen Florals set up their own cutting garden in early 2020 on the outskirts of Edinburgh. You can follow the journey and enjoy behind the scenes moments at Aspen Florals and order the fruits of our garden here or by popping by our Roseneath street store.

This gorgeous arrangements floral design includes seasonal blooms from dahlias, foxgloves, lathyrus, geums, anemonies, papaver, tellima, euryngiums, astilbe, roses, hellebore, peonies, viburnums, astrantia, ammi, scabiosa, cosmos and a plethora of other garden blooms, foliage and ornamental grasses. Field To Vase is an armful of our garden, and we carefully select each stem to ensure the longest vase life possible. From the foothills of the Pentlands to our Edinburgh store and it's community, these are local seasonal flowers at their best.

Please note the colourway may change from week to week and may differ from the colours in the product image. 

All our bouquets are designed and arranged by our team of skilled florists and we'll always prepare something beautiful and seasonal working with the overall feel and look of a design you have selected, so you can leave all the decisions up to us. Field To Vase uses many unusual flowers, working with much more delicate varieties as they have not had to travel to reach us. However some of these varieties will not have the vase life that imported flowers offer. This is the nature of some of the stems and their fleeting beauty and availability is part of what makes them so special. We aim to provide a mix of stems in each design so that the even after some of the more delicate blooms have faded you will be able to stem pick over the design to continue to enjoy the arrangement as long as possible. We also source flowers from other local growers to complement our harvests so your bouquet may include a mix of locally grown stems.
