ORDERS & ONLINE PAYMENT:
Once you have placed an order online you will receive an email confirmation when we receive your order. We will then alert you once your order has been processed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared.
Payment for all Products can be made by following our secured checkout steps or by PayPal using a credit or debit card. If you don't have a PayPal account, then you can pay as a PayPal guest – there is no need to have a PayPal account.
Product prices & delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of Value Added Tax but exclude delivery charges (where applicable). Collection and delivery options and charges are made clear at checkout.
We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please note that all flower products are seasonal and handmade, with florists selection depending on what is available each day. Seasonal availability dictates all of the flowers and foliage that we use and final designs may vary from the image. The aesthetic of work will always be similar to the product images and as beautiful and always made to the value selected. Product pictures and their descriptions are therefore a guide rather than an exact representation and is the nature of working with plants and flowers.
All our bouquets are designed and arranged by our team of skilled florists and we'll always prepare something beautiful and seasonal, so you can leave all the decisions up to us. That said, we're also happy to accommodate any particular requests you might have where possible. Just drop us some notes in the text box on the order form or get in touch to discuss your needs.
We take great care with our products and floral work, and we want you to be completely happy with your gift/purchase. Should you be unhappy for whatever reason, please advise us in writing on receipt of your order and include an image.
We will then contact you to discuss your complaint.
This does not affect your statutory rights in terms of faulty goods.
RETURNS POLICY FOR PRODUCTS BOUGHT ONLINE:
Please note that any customised or special orders are non-returnable.
If you would like to return an item then please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To return or exchange a product, please email us using our contact us form on our page. In order for your return requests to be processed we will need to have both the order number & proof of purchase. Goods can only be returned if unused & in the original packaging. Refunds will only be granted where item(s) are in perfect condition.
Please note that several of our products cannot be returned personal care, intimate or sanitary goods, paper goods such as journals, books & magazines, floristry work and perishable items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will not refund you if you do this.
Once we have received your return & confirmed the condition then we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & whether or not it can be refunded. If the item or goods are approved for refund then we will process your refund to the card that was used at checkout.
We cannot refund any shipping &/ or handling costs & these will be deducted off any amounts refunded. We can only refund the total cost of your items.
Sale goods are non refundable. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty upon receipt, sale items can be then only exchanged like for like. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. In the event that your product has sold out and we cannot offer you an exchange we will issue store credit for the amount due.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Processed refunds may take up to 1-2 weeks.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. We take every step to ensure our goods reach you in good condition however if they do not please contact us using our contact form.
Returns must be sent using a tracked postal service as we cannot grant a refund for products that do not reach us or have gone missing or become damaged in the post. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please allow time for your return to reach us and be processed. We will keep you informed of progress.
RETURNS POLICY FOR PRODUCTS BOUGHT AT ASPEN FLORALS COFFEE BAR:
We support considered purchasing and operate a no return & no refund policy in store. This policy includes purchases made online where the Free Click and Collect option is selected at checkout. We ask that customers check their purchases before leaving the store.
